1. Call to order.
2. Approve agenda.
3. Consider draft minutes from previous meeting.
4. Old Business, Variance Agenda: CV23-012, 201 W. North Broadway
   1. The chair intends to make a motion to take this matter from the table and then a motion to amend as submitted in the “revised application” below.
   2. In order to build a duplex (without the previously requested carriage house), the applicant seeks ONLY the following two variances:
      1. To allow for a duple on a single lot in an R-3 district where only a single family home is permitted. CC3332.035.
      2. To allow for a lot width of 40′ for the existing lot in lieu of the required 50′. CC3332.05
5. Announce that the next meeting of the Clintonville Area Commission will be December 7, 2023, 7:00 p.m., at the Whetstone Library, and the next meeting of the Zoning & Variance Committee will be December 27, 2023, 7:00 p.m., at the Clinton Heights Lutheran Church. Adjourn by 7:45 p.m. to accommodate a training.
