8 PM Zoning and Variance Agenda – Zoning and Variance Chair Hardwick
1. GC22-048, 3400 N. High St. Application. The applicant seeks (2) variances and a
special permit:
a. Variance to allow a projecting sign displaying automatic changeable copy
within the Urban Commercial Overlay. CC3372.606(A). Recommended
approval 5-2-1.
b. Variance to allow less than 50% of a projecting sign to be used for
identification of the use which it serves. CC3377.08(B)(2). Recommended
approve 6-1-1.
c. Special Permit to allow the proposed graphic to display off-premises
Clintonville community information. CC3378.01(D). Recommended approval
6-1-1.
