Residents’ concerns and rights will be evaluated/addressed by a legal aid team with the City of Columbus. They certainly understand the concerns. Melissa Benson is mobile home representative on their “Housing Team”. They are already looking into the situation at Courtyard Estates. We were advised to refer residents directly to legal aid for advice and information about their rights.
