• Demolition agenda: 263 W. North Broadway. Waiver of the 60-day waiting period to demolish a home. (Received 5/26/26. This may be withdrawn.)
• BZA26-034, 25 Aldrich Road. To contract a residential driveway and curb cut to provide vehicular access from Aldrich Road and create off-street parking, including relocation of an existing walkway, the applicant seeks a variance to permit off-street parking as generally shown on the submitted site plan.
• GC26-025, 3989 N. High St. To allow the installation of a replacement ground sign as indicated on the documents, the applicant seeks a variance to reduce the required ground sign setback from 15 ft to 6 ft.
