  1. Hello,

I live in the property behind 235 Webster Park. My Address is 234 Erie Rd. My first concern is that the Webster Park property already sits very close to the back yard property line. The variance would shrink the separation to a mere 7’9″. I would like to invite you to visit the site firsthand before you make a decision. These lots are very oddly configured. Please feel free to enter my backyard and take a look for yourselves.

I’m also concerned about the project’s appearance. The Webster Park home is historic and architecturally significant, as is my 1934 stone home. The addition appears to be a contemporary design.

I regret my schedule hasn’t allowed me to attend the meetings in person. Please consider my comments when making your decision. I’m available by phone and email.

    Respectfully,
