Special Zoning & Variance Meeting: 7/5/17 7:30 pm

Announcements:

  1. The Zoning and Variance committee will have a special meeting on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, 7:30 p.m., at the Clinton Heights Lutheran Church, 15 Clinton Heights Ave. The meeting is being called to consider a variance from a previous city decision to rezone a number of single-family homes in southeast Clintonville as commercial. The applicant seeks merely to use her residence as a residence, and holding this special meeting permits City Council to consider the application before adjourning for the summer. The draft agenda is below.
  2. The Clintonville Area Commission will meet at its normal date and time–July 6, 2017, 7 p.m., at the Whetstone Library.

  4. Announcement: If needed, the next meeting will be August 1, 2017.
  5. Application: 2751 Indianola Avenue, City Council Use Variance to permit residential use on the first floor of a single family home. Here are the documents:
  6. Possible discussion of more general solutions to the issue of homes that were rezoned to commercial use.
  7. Adjournment.

After consideration by the Committee on July 5, 2017, the applications will likely be heard by the Clintonville Area Commission on July 6, 2017. The CAC meeting starts at 7:00 at the Whetstone Library.
