Pursuant to CAC By-Laws (2024) , Section VIII. Elections E(2) which states, regarding election complaints and subsequent appeals, “The Commission shall issue a written decision on the appeal within five days after hearing the appeal but may issue an oral decision sooner,” the CAC is announcing that the complaint filed against candidate Will Klatt in the August 2025 District 3 election was unanimously dismissed.
