• BZA25-113, 64 Fenway Rd. Application. To split an existing double lot to relocate a single-unit dwelling, the applicant seeks following variances.
• CV25-093, 700 Morse Rd. To allow a natural gas regulation station in a Community Activity Center, the applicant seeks a variance from Columbus Zoning Code Title 34 E.20.080. This application is associated with Columbus Gas.
