• Variance agenda: GC26-011, 4405 Scenic Dr., Whetstone High School.
Application. The Columbus City Schools Board of Education seeks three variances from CC3375.15 banner standards:
1. To increase the number of banners from 1 to 4; 2 banners per light pole.
2. To increase the display time for a banner from 30 days to indefinitely.
3. To increase the graphic area from 16 sq.ft. for banners to 48 sq.ft. (total square footage of all banners).
