7:15 Election of 2026 CAC Officers
7:20 Appointment of Committee Chairs – Committee members will be appointed at the February CAC meeting.
7:25 Update from City of Columbus – Representatives from Department of Neighborhoods, City Council, Columbus Police Department, Columbus Fire Department and City Attorney’s Office may be in attendance.
7:30 Update from City of Columbus Zone-In
7:35 Columbus Growth Strategy Update – Meeting Friday Jan. 9th with City Planning.
Discussion to collect comments from CAC Commissioners for the meeting.
7:45 Franklin County Auditor’s Office – Information about the Board of Revision Mobile Filing events and Homestead Exemption application clinics.
7:55 3250 N. High St. Sidewalk Dining Lease Area – City of Columbus requires a Certificate of Appropriateness or a Letter of Support from the CAC. Presentation by the architect.
8:05 CAC Zoning & Variance Committee – Vice Chair Haugh
