7:20 November Election information – Kane Murray will provide information on the City of Columbus’ bond package proposal and the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium’s levy campaign.

Update on the Northwest Corridor BRT project
7:55 CAC Election Certification of district elections. Update regarding the District 3 election. CAC will discuss and vote whether to sustain the District 3 Election complaint and vacate August 2025 election results.
8:30 CAC Zoning & Variance Committee – Chair Hardwick
Variance agenda: BZA25-101, 483 Piedmont Rd. The applicant seeks the following variances to:
▪ Increase the height of a detached garage from 15 feet to 21 feet.
▪ Increase the square footage from 720 square feet to 1,010 square feet.
▪ Reduce from 20’ to 18’ maneuvering for the west portion of the garage.
